We don’t get to see llamas very often, so when we spotted some on a farm, we had to to take some pics and videos. Llamas, as we found out, are often used for hiking and packing trips. They are also used for therapy in hospitals and brought to schools for fun and entertainment.
They are native to the Andes Mountains of South America, but they can be raised here in the Pacific Northwest.
