The Spring Fling Fashion show, produced by Joy Sircar McMillen of Kahini Fashion, gives local designers the opportunity to show their new upcoming fashion designs. Part of their show involves a charity, chosen by Joy, to receive financial support. This years event was held in Factoria Mall, just south of Bellevue.
